Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE 18 JULY 2026
Reference translation. ReplyCraft is operated from Japan. The Japanese version of this document is the legally binding one; this English text is provided for convenience. Where the two differ, the Japanese version prevails. You can read it here: Terms / Privacy Policy.

1. What the service does

ReplyCraft generates draft replies to customer reviews using AI. The service produces drafts only. Publishing a reply is done by you, through your own review platform, after your own review of the text.

2. Accounts

You agree to register with accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

3. Fees and payment

Prices, billing timing and cancellation terms are set out on the pricing page and in the Japanese Commercial Transactions Act disclosure. Each plan has a monthly cap on the number of generations. Prices are billed in Japanese yen.

4. Prohibited use

5. Output and responsibility

Copyright and usage rights in the generated replies belong to you. However, output is an AI-produced draft and we make no warranty as to its accuracy or appropriateness. Reviewing and editing the text before publication is your responsibility. We are not liable for loss or disputes arising from replies you publish.

6. Changes and interruption

We may change or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, or because of specification changes at third-party services such as review platforms or AI model providers. Supported platforms may change for the same reason.

7. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our total liability for loss arising from your use of the service is limited to the total fees you paid in the preceding three months.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will announce it on this page or by other appropriate means. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our location, as the court of first instance.
